Tea
has always been a favourite among the health-conscious but
recent scientific research indicates that tea may have significant
positive health benefits.
Tea has nutritional properties and is rich in vitamins and
minerals. It is now well know that tea contains beneficial
quantities of antioxidants, particularly flavenoids that have
a beneficial effect on two long established heart disease
risk factors: high blood cholesterol and high blood pressure.
